1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Weanze ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Weanze provides a digital event celebration platform that allows Event Organizers to create personalized event pages, generate QR posters, and collect digital photos and messages from guests ("User Generated Content").

3. User Responsibilities & Content Guidelines

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. By uploading media or allowing guests to upload media, you agree that you will not submit or permit the submission of content that is:

• Illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or highly offensive.
• Pornographic, explicit, or containing inappropriate nudity.
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Malicious, such as viruses or harmful code.

Moderation: Event Organizers act as the primary moderators for their event pages. However, Weanze reserves the right to review, hide, or permanently delete any content or event page that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

4. Payments and Refunds

Weanze charges a one-time fee for premium event creation features, processed securely via Stripe. Because our service provides immediate access to digital infrastructure and generated assets (such as custom QR codes), all sales are final and non-refundable once an event has been published, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all original content, photos, and messages you or your guests upload. By uploading content, you grant Weanze a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute this content strictly for the purpose of operating your specific event page. Weanze retains all rights, title, and interest in the Platform's design, code, branding, and templates.

6. Limitation of Liability

Weanze provides the Platform on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weanze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not nil to loss of data, loss of access during a live event, or emotional distress resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
